We first met Taylor in late 2019. While we were seriously contemplating moving to Sun City we had business issues to resolve first. When we came to Bluffton it was clear to us and her that we were not ready to buy at that time. Nevertheless Taylor spent portions of two days showing us houses and introducing us to Sun City. When we left we asked her to send us listings. She did almost daily. I do not think she ever made a recommendation until early one Friday morning about 16 months later she sent one with a note that was exactly what we were looking for. She had the experience and knowledge generally and about us to know what we wanted. Signed a contract by the end of the day and we have now been here quite happily for two years.
